I think you'd need horrendous luck for every project you undertake to have a truly seized bb.
In otherwords, you either need to htfu or work on your technique.
A cartridge bb is best removed by holding the tool in a vice and using the frame to apply the leverage.
Sheldon has good techniques for removing older style cup n cone BBs.
You're telling me. Honestly, greasing a BB doesn't seem to be a thing in the Midlands
