Actually this very knife might be available less the hipster tax. It was my understanding that the Japanese Knife Co commissioned this range but I managed to find out who the blacksmith was via this photo dump

Thanks for the research, I ordered one. There is a czech website that has them for around
£68. It's funny that they are offered as beginner knives.
if you want art as well as function, then look in the japanese knife co in baker st, that's where inchpincher got this beauty
