There's already a cycle surgery on pentonville road, I think pentonville road has truly hit peak cycle surgery.
The buildings round the back of kings cross station are selling floor space currently - they'll probably be well out of your budget, SKULLS, soz - but that might be a possible location for one of the new chain shops. Maybe even more than one! I like the Mad Max pedal spanner thunderdrome idea to sort it out.
