Just ride it and monitor it and call it a beater. If you are scared of hurting yourself... dont I guess.
Are you really heavy / bumpy rider?
If it cracks i predict the rear wheel will start rubbing / stop.
Put a known good wheel in and check the frame is straight.Also, i've read that if a dent is less than a quarter of the tubes circumference and has no sharp edges / creases and the tube is straight you are generally 'OK'. YMMV.

You will die in a fiery explosion that will leave nothing but a crater in the street you were on. All they will find of you is a single cleat bolt and the R from a rapha jacket.

Yes, yes, yes - it's a death trap all right. No two bits about it.
I have just got this frame,but it has some small dints to the back stay,is it to unsafe to ride?
