Thanks buddy, but rear spacing is 110mm (all i've got are 120mm)

you can just always get spacers? Thats what i did on my 110mm frame with 120mm rear hub. no difference at all. Went to condor and asked for 2 5mm spacers and was given to me for free.

110 njs frames have dropouts for 8mm axle..

File it down ^

• #7
worked fine for my nag, just filed an ordinary 120 spaced wheel
-
• #8
but isn't it damage the structure of the frame? is it safe?
-
• #9
you don't file the frame
you file the axle
-
• #10
how to file the axle??? mine is phil wood
-
• #11
wouldnt bother because then it will become too small for other frames should you want to use it on another bike afterwards. i mean you could just get a new axle i suppose
-
• #12
or i can just wait for another frame with 120 spacing...thanks anyway

I filed two grooves, so that if i rotate the position of the axle, it'll be back to regular size. Don't know how comfortable I'd be filing a phil hub though..

Phil make a kerein spaced axle, will be easier than waiting for another 3rensho.
