Lovely!
The fade is very well done: more of a "blush".
Beefy bridge is beefy.

Yeah I was kind of wanting something a bit more nobbly for winter duties but it would be ideal if I didn't have to remove the mudguards when I changed wheels!

new tyres, seatpost and cranks!

Bridge is indeed joyous.

Long time not on a bike. Was sick and driving something with more wheels. Now back to basics. Threw this together for somewhat winter. Flite is with a friend who is Couriering. Wanted something fun to ride.

new biek day. A few small changes this side of Christmas but this should mostly do for getting me through the winter

The project being... riding a nice new bike? ;-)

should have another beater/commuter sorted shortly following the gutting loss of The Next Machine
(pause to regain composure)an Alan circa 83-84 (undecaled) which was found rotting in a garden
8 speed regina freewheel for 8 speed brifters
victory
ambrosio rims
all "original condition"
i.e. used
cinelli stem , giro bars and wrap

Well the project will be:
Change contact points and swap in 28c tyres (now) - ride over Christmas
Swap cranks for something less ugly
Build Velocity Aileron's to Novatec hubs
And probably get the frame painted -

Nice!
Is that a home made mudguard extension on the seat tube? I'm trying to find something like that for my commuter..
-
• #98465
that is from roadracer mudguards, but for a homemade extension - I would use cheapest full mudguards, drill holes to zip tie it to seattube and cut it down to brake bridge or wherever you want. Been there, done that, works like a charm.

Great success!
I have turned a broken pair of Rival shifters (courtesy of @Scilly.Suffolk) into a pair of S900 carbon levers. I started with this guide, then found this cheat (bottom of the page) and then, because I didn't have a screwdriver small enough to get the plate off, managed to take the DoubleTap lever out without actually undoing anything other than the grub screw for the shifter axle. It involved a lot of frustration and pushing a 1.5mm allen key through the brake cable holster down into where it meets the axle, but it's out!

All that my Graham Weigh bike needs to become a sweet street fixie now is the EAI cog that Kinoko have lost somewhere in DPD's distribution centre, and the front fork drilling for a brake.

Thanks!
I have a pair of broken mudguards actually, I'll give your method a try.

Jaw opener lighting of Gods on rytch pic #2
I just picked up my Rychtarski. Made of Columbus SLX, 1992 Polish track champion. Lovin' the seatstay bridge. I will transfer parts from the Maffioletti and throw in this bar and stem that's already waiting.
(sorry for double post, something went wrong posting)
