Long time not on a bike. Was sick and driving something with more wheels. Now back to basics. Threw this together for somewhat winter. Flite is with a friend who is Couriering. Wanted something fun to ride.

Is that a home made mudguard extension on the seat tube? I'm trying to find something like that for my commuter..

that is from roadracer mudguards, but for a homemade extension - I would use cheapest full mudguards, drill holes to zip tie it to seattube and cut it down to brake bridge or wherever you want. Been there, done that, works like a charm.
