that's a really horrible road for cycling on,
possibly a ghost bike might warn others of the perils of such a route..

Just looking through Internet stuff on David who is, was, my special brother. Thanks for all the kind words on this forum. We are still waiting for body to be released, already had to change funeral date. Sad end and start to the year shouldn't have happened he was very experienced rider.

A man has been charged with causing the death of a cyclist by dangerous driving.
Jan Junaid, 47 (11.4.68) of Ellen Street, E1 was charged on Wednesday, 24 June, with causing the death of David Blake, 57, by dangerous driving in Leman Street, Whitechapel on 6 December 2014.
He was bailed to appear on 22 July at Thames Magistrates' Court.
RIP rider, thought with family and friends.
