relatively non-fatty. I don't put any butter or oil and use water/milk rather than just milk.
They're the result of mission-creep with my regular bread making really – and thinking of a bun I'd like to eat on the bike.
I use less egg than a legit brioche. And I've been sticking in some cinnamon.
I've been baking brioche recently.
If you leave the butter and egg-yolk glaze from the recipe they make great, non-fatty, non-sticky ride food.
