Question on a loose crank arm. Brand new miche bb and miche primato crank, ridden on for 3 days, less than 5 miles. I noticed something wrong and cycled for maybe twenty more metres before stopping and noticing the left arm has come loose. Any advice? Looking around on the internet the consensus seems that the crank will be done for good now.

Sound like your LBS didn't tighten the cranks on properly.

Time for a new crank arm, shouldn't be difficult to get.

Self installed so no one to blame but myself. Fingers crossed evans don't check returns too closely. But to be honest I think it's probably not even worth trying for a refund.
