i went for a ride on the weekend in the rain and my wheels flooded now full of water. what is the best way to drain them?

If taking the tyre off is 'a female dog', why not drill a small hole or two in your rim to drain that water?

Your tyres must be in a poor state for that to have happened.

Yeah take the tyre off, then rim tape, that will hopefully allow the water out.

@ bruce well, maybe the water got through the eyelets/spoke holes?
