Yeah, if it loses or gains significantly over 24hrs then can adjust the rate which is a 5 minute job. This is assuming the watch is running reasonably well and doesn't have massive positional variation. You are welcome to use my timegrapher if you want to. It's either in Leytonstone or Shepherds Bush.
If you went to a shop, it would need to be one which does actual watch repairs as your average shop would have just basic tools for battery swaps and bracelet adjustments.
