Apart from the fact it isn't broken yet, it looks the same as the old one.

@Battenberg looks like different spacers but could be same size. Your broken one has silver lines marked into the cones so I'm guessing with the recent rain the grease washed out and then it all went bad, be sure to inspect the hub as best you can as if the side that matched up with these is also worn then the new bearings won't last long.
I would check and grease the front while your at it, they will have both been exposed to the same amount of rain/wet so it's due to go too. Back ones usually go first as the back wheel takes a little more of your weight as you ride.
My rear axle snapped this morning after bending in the rear fork, I think I jumped too many stairs. Below are some images, does this look like the right solution?
