I run my saddle about 9cm behind the BB. It does mean that I can run anything leather in brooks or GB and I have tried the VO Grand Cru, its about a cm too short.
I am not about to change my bike and its ST is 72.5 so not too steep.
Other than Nitto is there anything else available that has a 4cm setback. I did look it at the canyon vcls post but its as expensive as the nitto and only runs to around 3.5cm
