Hi all,
I have a Condor (of Switzerland) Ladies Mixte bike for sale.
Pretty rare in the UK, Condor Bicycles was nestled in a small beautiful town called Courfaivre. The company produced racing bicycles, city bikes, and the famous Swiss military bicyles as did many of the Swiss bicycle manufacturers. Condor also made motorcycles from the 1930′s onward.
The model is 'Sarina' and the frame size is 52cm, the stem is 50mm and the bars are swept back. Nice Selle Italia 'Ladies' saddle.
It will fit a lucky lady between 5ft2 (156cm) and 5ft6 (167cm).
The bike is 1x5 speeds with a nice alloy chainguard - it would be a very simple singlespeed conversion, just remove the 5 speed freewhel and replace by a singlespeed.
I have fitted new 700x28c clincher tyres and the bike is in good working order and good condition for its age.
Mudguards & dynamo make it a great winter bike. Comes with a frame fit pump too.
The bike is kept in my flat in Brixton so test rides are welcome, I am also happy to take the bike into work (Gresham Street EC2V).
Price wise, £185 ->£175 SOLD FOR £150 takes it home.
