Terrible news. I understand that it took place at the junction of Leman St and Chamber St (which is two way) - the cyclist was travelling north on Leman St when the motorist turned right across the cyclist’s path.
10th cyclist fatality in Tower Hamlets since 2011.

Met police just reported a 57 year old male cyclist who was hit by a Toyota yaris driver at 7.05 on Saturday morning died in hospital today. Driver has been arrested. Rip second fatality in the area in 2 weeks :-(
