I had one: never thought of it as twitchy. Handling will depend on how you have it set up. I never had anything shorter than a 120mm stem on mine so it was pretty solid steering-wise, but I only ever raced it at HHV - it will handle a bit differently on steeper banking.
The only downside I found was the frame wasn't that stiff around the bb / stays - but that's only compared to my DF3 and plenty more talented riders than me win lots of sprint stuff on them.
Overall they are great frames - definitely an upgrade from the Giant Omnium i had before and they are incredible value for money when you consider that any other carbon frame will cost 2 or 3 times what the PX does.
