I have owned, and own, many 3T Doric and dorico- my advice is choose something else. They crush and crack even at torque values far below the 5 Nm max.
I've got more of them as well (ltd and team) and have never had any problems. Travelled with the bikes, so many refittings as well.
But i'm still all in for the Deda post when you have the Deda stem.
That's a bold and cool looking paint! The fork is getting clearcoated as well, right?
