Charlie, if aleks brings it, can you have a go at cutting off the screws that are stuck into the corner of the wooden skirting board, and filing them down so any bits still stuck in there are flush with the wood? They're in the south east corner of the western court (the one nearer Newington Causeway).
The last corner piece rotted away the other night, poor @citygent squished a dead mouse into his hand clearing away the gunk in the corner... but wasnt able to unscrew the screws that had been holding the board in. At the moment there's a few centimetres of them sticking out of the wood and they're a potential puncture threat...
