Kingdom was the TV series that was the cut in to the film. I think.
The roof top scene where the doctor lists all the good swedish/norwegian things and mentions tetra pac.
Edit - There were two seasons! of four programs each, am I mad in thinking that it was shown in one hit? Am sure I saw it in a cinema or am I mixing that up?

I remember fuck all from the kingdom except the kids and the Swedish doctor who hated Denmark. I'm going to rewatch it.
