Just an update for anyone who cares (probably no one), I've been away in Spain for the past week but back now, going to check out a few hire shops tomorrow and should hopefully be able to free my bike this weekend with minimal interference from the police and minimal accidentally removing one of my hands with the angle grinder.

I borrowed a grinder from someone on here a couple weeks ago to free my bike. Took about 5 minutes to cut through because of the position, I wasn't able to hold still the lock. If you can kind of clamp it, it'll take 30 seconds. Hell of a lot of sparks though.
A picture of you with the bike from the past may help if you don't have proof for the frame
Second person, dressed the same, but with clipboard- they just stand there and make a note every now and then.
