Let's be clear: I'm jealous. And I'm not going to tell someone of your experience what to do.
So here's what I would do, if that was my frameset.
The polished lugs, ends, forks etc and the colour scheme and bands, all scream "classic".
The black group, black/big logo wheels, black finishing kit and especially the white bars all scream "modern".
Aside from the frameset (obviously), the only things I'd keep are the tyres, tape and saddle.
Silver group (Athena); silver TB14 on silver hubs & spokes ; silver post, stem & bars (compact, not ergo), King Cage Iris.
Failing that, de-sticker the wheels; plain black cage and black bars & end caps.
