I'll be hanging around the City sans-bike. Any of these are good.. Williams Ale & Cider or the Water Poet is probably a bit bigger and quieter or the Gun near Spitalfields or Brewdog on Bethnal Green Rd. or the Crown and Shuttle on Shoreditch High St
