I'll be hanging around the City sans-bike. Any of these are good.. Williams Ale & Cider or the Water Poet is probably a bit bigger and quieter or the Gun near Spitalfields or Brewdog on Bethnal Green Rd. or the Crown and Shuttle on Shoreditch High St

O tempora, o mores! When I were a lad, the C&S was a stop on the Shoreditch stripper trail, I suppose it's now full of hipsters drinking craft ale.
