Yes its tough at the beginning to get into it. TS suggestion is good. Depending on how much you smoked and what nico-hit you want will dictate the strength (mg) of the juice. I started with 24mg for a proper buzz but am around 8mg-12mg now. RY4 is good for taste coming off fags, though I moved on when I discovered Mrs Lords.
This thread was good for advice (thanks @>>>>>>, @Butters ) so read through. (Remember fill the tank dripping juice down the side-wall not the hole in the middle :)
