I've never seen one on Qwerty / Doctor Cannondale / Cannondale Experts etc
It's unlikely your shop spoke to cannondale US, more likely CSG in the UK, who then may or may not have spoken to Cannondale US about it...
I wonder if it's possible to dye a black one?

I doubt it. Depending on what it's made of, you might be able to bleach it then dye it, but I can't imagine it would come out well.
I found this but it's out of stock:

What's it made from? Could you have a replacement 3Dprinted?

^Yeah cut something down and buy some yellow zip ties. Could be quite a neat bodge, worse case.

I doubt Cannondale make the yellow boots now - that will always read 'out of stock' ;)
Craig Smith might have one / know where you can get one...

Worst case is that it won't fit well, let water / dirt into the roller bearings, and boom your fork is as good as destroyed.
It kinda needs to be pretty much identical to the 'dale original - too big and it will go on OK but it won't seal the internals, too small and you won't get it on without complete dismantling of the fork - which is a horrible job requiring specialist tooling.

I could potentially print one, but I'm not sure how flexible it would be. It needs a flat bit to clamp, so I don't know if a cut down one would fit..

I'm on the hunt as well...in the unlikely event I will find them, do you still need them?
Like so:
(But the 6 ridge version)
There are a few in black but can't find any yellow ones.
I called up my LBS who called Cannondale who don't have any :(
Anyone seen any in the UK ever?
Thanks!
