Thats why I didnt want to use the spoke prep that I often use on stuff I dont want to move.
Its still pressfit. You just install it by screwing the Central threads together. Kinda twist fit I Guess.
I think its overkill. But I wanted the crank axle covered anyway. I'll loads of wires and stuff in there.

@Smallfurry I'd use light grease / drop of oil. If it causes any problems then mild threadlock. it's a press fit, no?, so anti seize may disrupt the fit and increase the chances of pinging and poppin'
