That's been on the cards for a looooong time. One of my assignments in my MA was to weigh up the different merits of the different types of tunnel they could create (cut and cover vs bore etc).
No surprise, Government genuinely think car ownership will go up in the future.
Yeah... obviously it should be a bridge so you can see the 'henge.
