Hi guys!! :)
I wanna take advantage of forum activity increase after EHBPC , so ....As some of you've heard during the EHBPC ... I ( Pajac from Kraków ) am going to visit London in August ( probably from 16th to 27th ).
I wanna play as much polo as possible and also help you ( if you want to ) with setting-up the boards etc etc for LO....The thing is that... I need a place to sleep in London... Is there any chance that somebody will host little polish guy?
I don't need anything except piece of floor, place to cook something and bathroom. I can even change the spot few times to distribute my "ass-bothering" between more people :)I am writing so early because I need to book my tickets :/

Sabrina, Marcin and Stan are planning to be here too? Maybe you can all find something together?
I already agreed to host a few people so I would need to check with my housemates about turning our office back into a spare room again...

I just got to London. My bike had a difficult flight, but once she's back in shape I'd like to have a few games... I'll try to make it down to hackney tomorrow.

Welcome! Just ask if you need any parts to replace the broken ones.

I think I should be okay, thanks. Nothing that can't be fixed with a few Allen keys and a spoke wrench.

Hey guys,
I'm interested by staying in London for few days from 2nd to 5th.
I am wondering of it is possible to hang around with one of you guys. I am supposed to meet a Chilean friend there.
I would appreciate to sleep on someone's couch during that time. If it's possible.
Thanks ! -

If no one else offers, you can stay art mine. Very small room, as in VERY small room. Won't be home all day as I work 9-5 but you'll be given a spare set of keys.

You should be impressed I even recall what you are talking about! Alas, I only have issue 2, featuring the inventor of Bike polo aka The Ambassador. I will ask some friends who may have the elusive issue 1 though

Hi there everyone!
Bernard Hickman here, (an american polo player living in Bordeaux)I have plans to be in London for 3 or 4 days on the 8th of Febuaury (training to become a tour-guide for ACIS) I'll be bringing my bike and I can't wait to play some pick-up with you folks! When do you usually play? I'm also wondering if there are any options for housing while I'm there. Is that in the realm of possibility in this modern era of bikepolo? Lemme know!
See you in a couple of months!

Hi Bernard,
Great news that you're bringing your bike to London and we'd love to have you join us at pick up. I might ask a moderator to move this conversation to a different thread though so it doesn't get muddled up with the winter league fixture chat, and hopefully we can see if there's anyone with space to put you up. I'll be in America I'm afraid. Depending on weather and numbers there are games happening most evenings (except Friday) and during the day on the weekends - courts vary.
All the best,
Fuchsia -

Ofcourse! Sorry for derailing the thread, I had trouble finding the general forum so I posted here. Thanks for the love everyone!

A polo friend of mine, Eryn, from Toronto is coming to stay in London for a week around September. Can anyone help him out with a place to stay?
Are there dates yet ? I'll have to set some holidays for it at work.
