Check out the seat clamp cluster...the stays are brazed to the actual clamping area. This is highly unusual, along with the heart shape lugs I'm thinking small UK builder (came from UK shop) so it may make a nice prezzie for the missus...or yourself. @bazschmaz ^_^

The purple track frame looks amazing. Third photo along on there is a partial shot of a sticker on the back of the seat tube with some ID intel. Does appear English

Can't find small frames for ages, go to nl to pick up an "eddie balk" then this, and found another candidate.

But two fixed wheel track framed baiks is enough me thinks. Am tempted a bit though...but seems greedy :)
