You can have one now for the late-comers price of £30

Ah, was hoping for a Campag thread one - assume you just did ISO?

Phil's your Mom? xx

Thought I ought to be first to attach one to an actual bicycle...

Mine is now on my polo bike... You weren't kidding when you said bling!
It's perfect.
Now I need to replace everything else that's less bling on there! :-/

Got both mine: double rad!
Thanks.

Just received a BBB BTL-38 to go in my kit bag in case I need to do anything to the lock ring on race days. Nice deep socket and a ½" square drive so it should work with pretty much any hub.

I'm excited to learn I am to be the lucky owner of one of these, Campagnolo flavour. Great!

A bit late to the party - Can I get a 1.290" if there's any left?

Got mine yesterday, thanks @mdcc_tester.

Picked mine up over the weekend - thanks _Tester.

Totally missed this thread, bump for an excellent idea

Got this, to replace a Park Tool BBT-9, but it doesn't fit either of my lockrings.
Fits UT cups ok and the Park Tool fits the lockrings.
PT ID is 45.75mm, BBB ID is 43.75mm.
Presumably yours fits ok and I've just got a duff one?

No, I've been meaning to point this out, the BBB tool is very mean on the bore and doesn't fit the lock rings.

I've just found a Campag UT-BB120 in my tool box which I'd completely forgotten about. It fits the lock rings and will be going in my race bag as a field service tool.

This and the Park Tool equivalent work well enough, but I'd prefer something like the BBB.
The BB cups have "stops" at the end of the grooves to keep the wrench centred, which the lockrings don't, so when applying torque I find the wrench can slip.
Possible mod for lockring 2.0?

Possible mod for lockring 2.0?
More likely a "Lockring Tool 1.0" mating a driver with a stop on it to a set of sprocket teeth, so you can use your chain whip to remove the lock ring. Phil already does this for his lock rings, but I'd be aiming for something more compact and in one piece

Two birds with one tool?
I'm in!

Thinking of getting one of these, but wanted to do some research into the tools first.
From what I can see here and from what @mdcc_tester has told me, the tools that fit are:
Campag BB-120
Campag BB-130
Park Tool BBT-9Tools that don't fit:
BBB BTL-38Anyone tried anything other than the listed above?

Bring your tools to polo, mines on my polo bike.

Is there any chance of another run in the near future?
Also does anyone know what the thread is on Royce track hubs? Their website won't scroll on my phone and Google only seems to deliver hits for road hubs.
All I know, is that Phil's are cheaper in 3/32" and I don't need to be butchering chainrings to use my UT cranks.
:)
