I need a new desktop. I've been tempted by a PC for exactly this. I need to spend a about a grand on a Mac Mini (upgraded to spec and glued to together so I can buy only from Apple), or I could get a more powerful PC I build myself and it'll be about £600. But I don't wanna use windows.....

The new mini's are shite.
