call 101 and let them know what you're up to, have some proof of ownership on you while attacking it, photo's of you on the bike or of the bike on your phone and some ID like passport/bank cards... Do it in the middle of the day, less suspicious if lots of people around...
And give bolt cutters a go, they can do some serious damage if they're large enough.
