According to the more recent rankings there are 6 better in the world. He is in the class of "unproven" and "not quite ready" but I think he has a good chance of being a world beater. I'd want to watch him fight any of the dudes above him on the list and would gamble on him in all but a couple of them.

the club i was offered work is in holland, and they have been into mma a long time over there
he looks quite light to be honest,like a stand up fighters build,and based on the footage you showed, seems better at the stand up than floor (which is where mass/strength helps)

yeah, you are right, if there is a weakness it is there. His two losses both came by submission. Signs point to him improving his ground game and he has never been taken down in the UFC (only 4 fights there though). His standup is great and awkward for guys who are used to more muay thai type of style. He has won 12 in a row now.

He fights again in January, you should watch.

boxers v muay thai is usually quite interesting
had the pleasure of doing both and i adopt a boxers stance in mua thai, but have come unstuck with this before, got a kick to the temple once that left it a little concave to this day
an adopting muay thai against boxers can work, you can keep them away with your feet
