Yep. Say hello (or DAS) next time. I'll probably do every other week or so as I've got to do my share of taking my daughter to ballet (how very SW London I know).

I'm same except "son", "swimming lessons"... And of course next free Saturday is after office Christmas party... So more likely one before christma... Hmm probably after new year! :-/

Can someone remind me whet the pain just below the knee is again?

My just-below-the-knee pain turned out to be bone stress. Sounds pretty hardcore but it's just the build up before you get a stress fracture. Rest and calcium+vitamin D supplements should fix me up.

But you're probably talking about something else I guess?
