But done like this fuji. Using the frame or fork as the caliper back plate just makes sense. Looks cleaner as the caliper sits loads closer, and is apparantly aero. All while still being at least as good as traditional style calipers.
The mini vee thingies on the giant propel, and others, need to be very carefully set up. Or they simply dont stop you.
My New frame has a BB mounted, Direct Mount caliper, and a standard front caliper. Which makes buying a brakeset/groupset a PITA. But meh. So long it stops me.
I think Direct Mount brakes are the future.
