RLJ ticket. Junction of The Mall and Marlborough Road this evening. They said they were assigned to look after the Royal Parks - I got the impression that they'd be around the area for a little while.
There were only two of them and they said that they wouldn't be able to get you if you just didn't stop. Make of that what you will.
