@dubkev I've got a Moda Forte with AmClassic 420 (an upgrade from the OTP forte with come with the AmClassic Victory 30s) which I ordered from CyclePS for £800. I think the 420 upgrade added on about £150? I've found the OTP set-up pretty relaxed and comfortable for what I thought would be a generally uncomfortable experience (aero ftw etc etc) for a beginner - which I most definitely am, but I reduced the stack height by 10mm and otherwise not touched the set up and it's been great. I don't think the frame is anything super special - it's very nice and all - but the wheels are fucking lush. I think the main reason I'm happy with it is that it's sensibly set up from the get go and the wheels are really nice. Though you can customise it at no additional cost (stem, stackheight, sprockets) when ordering from CyclePS - looking back I would have gone with a 49 or 50 up front as it comes with 48. Also as an aside sometimes I think the logo says MOOO instead of MODA but as you might imagine it doesn't matter that much
As for the Condor, well you can't beat a bike fitted just to you so that's a big benefit. I don't think there is a world of difference between the two and you'd be happy with either. Anyway what I've discovered in track - much more so than any other riding I've done - is that the bike disappears from my thoughts and it is just about how strong (or not actually) a rider I am anyway. I've seen plenty of pretty normal steel track frames with unexceptional wheelsets absolutely crush it around HH at inters and Monday Nights.
