Worked it out...
I ended up after dying a couple more times (one dickhead shot me despite having my hands up and no weapon - whats the point?) on V's signature NE to NW run on a high pop server. I was running through a town when the same thing happened, punching noise, and a broken arm, I start spinning like crazy to check I am alone and I see a player firing at me... if he wants to kill me I'm done for as I have no gun and its an open town so I tell him to stop shooting and put my hands up.
Luckily he was panic shooting, I took a couple of bullets but survived somehow and patched myself up. We said our goodbyes and I logged out for 15 mins.
The next server I joined was one with crazy loot near EVERYWHERE, only prob was it was all crap, crow bars, fore extinguishers and welding masks. Worthless... bah. I think someone else was about as I found a crafted rucksack and a syringe full of blood... sadly I had to log out for the day... back in a good way physically, with plenty of food, but only a splitting axe and a shotgun that I'm not too interested in.
Will cary on West in search of a proper axe and an AK/SKS. Should be on tomo a little... are the tents long gone?
