I'd continue with steady base miles until times plateau at least.
That's the plan, and the time will likely plateau once my weight is down; still want to lose at least another 10kg, probably 15kg. 70kg target probably be hit around June next year (this is why I want to target IM Wales in 2016 not 2015!) if it goes that low.
Just sorting out a few things so I can run (instead of cycling) to work on a Thursday (and then play 5-a-side in the evening), adding this new run means I can shift one or two of my Monday, Wednesday or weekend runs to a strength/tempo/interval run.
^^ & ^ try it under guidance. too much/too hard too soon = injury = back to square 1.
