I have used them in the past on a mtb but they had been like 2-3inch thick. Has anyone used 700c-30mm ones?
When this years snow day comes I hope it's epic and nobody can drive so I get some serious miles in cyclocross style but they might be really useless.
If it helps I'm looking at these to shove on the pompino.

The 30mm should be ok - but needs snow/ice to perform better than a 23c on wet tarmac.
