I might keep the grooves on the back...

The 'Crono Special Pista' cranks I had was equally if not better in terms of finish and quality to the 'Super Record Pista' cranks. More good looking too IMO.
But yeah, Campa works well too! ;)

I have the same ones (yours look mint!) but I can't really say the same about the finish... It's silly but GPM look like they were printed with a 3d printer while campa looks like is forged in a weapon factory.
Or maybe is just because I overthink too much :) -

would really like to own that bike. that chainring is the future. are you a stylish man, in general?
-
• #88
I'm a graphic designer/illustrator (wanker?), so I have to say I pay a lot of attention to "useless" details, but the results are not always stylish I guess.
I'm glad you like the bike ;) -
• #89
no, no you dont have to be a wanker to be graphic designer. you say useless but it is details that make the difference, good job man.
-
• #90
Any reason you can't remove a full link, bridge clearance?
-
• #91
Yep ;)
I guess it was designed for 19c tyres -
• #92
BTW it looks fucking good, those grips or tape?
-
• #93
Grips, put them on temporarily but at the end I think I'll keep them.

I saw grease coming out but I was thinking the guys that regreased the hubs just put too much. the reality was that there was a fucking crack.Anyone in London got a spare rear axle cone and nut for campag?

Very nice
Don't get me wrong, Gipiemme does the job, looks good and everything... But I wanted to get a nicer crankset for the custom ring, that's all :)
Gipiemme always been the cheaper alternative to Campagnolo products, offering during the 70/80s campagnolo "inspired" parts but with cheaper materials, not-so-good finish and poorer overall quality.
Can't wait for the "bundle" to arrive! :)
