How much forrin do you have to be to be called proper forrin by these folks trying to take over and get rid of those they think are forrins?
e.g. person A is 1/8 one type of forrin and 1/8 another type of forrin, 1/8 nearly forrin, 1/4 only a few votes away from becoming forrin, and just 3/8 not forrin.
Do they make the cut?
