Might be worth decreasing 1 teeth from the chainring (48/18 is 70.5GI with 25mm tyres) instead of the cog, as the decrease is much smaller.
47/18 is 69.1GI, and 46/18 is 67.6GI.
Need to get some different chainrings, have only played with changing the rear sprockets so far.
