I have not, I'm afraid.
We used a stainless steel plate, diamond shaped and curved to fit the tube- that is brazed onto the tube, then both are drilled though, then the frame goes off to paint.
This gives the edge of the hole some protection, and allows the Di2 frame grommet some thickness which means they seat properly.
