That Nagasawa is exactly what I want to see in this thread. Well used with plenty of nice components, and the fact that everything is a bit mismatched only makes it better in my eyes.
That red thing further up is the polar opposite. Nasty 27" to 700c conversion with super slack angles and components that look like they've been picked out by a Create owner. Straight to anti.

So chuffed with my commute rat, bought the frame for £21 on eBay on Friday, picked it up Saturday morning and was riding it by Saturday lunch, built entirely from left overs and odds and sods from the basement... I love it!

It's a noname riser with 12" backsweep. Difficult to find but the only angle I feel comfortable with risers. This one is quite flexy, but you can get syntace vector in OS, and OOP ones with an inch clamp. I actually need one for my mtb, but I got a carbon monkey light super cheap.
