No, it doesn't because it's ⅜" square drive. I think the Campag tool is going to be OK with my shortened axles and other bolt-on hubs, but if you use track nuts and the corresponding axle extension, you're still going to need a wrench type tool or a ½" drive socket like Pedro's or the Ice Toolz workshop socket, possibly in conjunction with a 24/32mm socket if the axle protrudes into the square drive.
