Always happy to stand corrected. From what I have seen, and it is probably less than most, I find the man, his attitude and what he encourages objectionable. So if what you say is correct, would it be right that it could be seen as akin to incitement to commit an offence?

Generally in the past those powers have been used to keep people away from EDL demonstrations or from giving an assortment of right-wing / extremist speeches. The Home Office determined there was a risk of incitement to violence for permitting them in. In this case it's likely that the Home Office determined there was an unacceptable risk of incitement to violence against women, so he got shown the door.
