And brake levers which save you 2.5w...
-
• #8007
2.5w would be a pretty significant saving for brake levers. Link?
(is it working?)

Well that's wind tunnel tested, not real world tested... something something yaw angles.
(I think they've left)
-
• #8009
I have been considering mounting 4 pairs of those levers to my bars - 2.5w x 8 = 2ow saving.

ftfy. Remember whose jersey this is supposed to be.

I'd suggest that the first one isn't really representative as he looks to have moved back on the bars for a climb.
Needs a TriRig Omega SV on that Shiv, I can't imagine the cable yoke is doing any good for his aeros.

So smoother forehead = faster?

Depends on the yaw angle, the ridges might act as trips :-)
In a decade of tweaking , you could probably find 50 different things which have been changed, each of them accounting for a small improvement.
FWIW, over the same period, I've gone from 25:56 (2004) to 22:31 (2014) for my best 10 mile times, oddly both done on the H10/8 in Charlotteville promotions.

I'm going to have to get me some aeros. My 10 PB, set in 1993, was on a regular road bike with 32 hole box section rims and drops.
That said, I last rode a TT in 1997.

I just need my youth back - my 25 pb was on similar equipment in 1987, my best on full carbon bling is nearly 4 minutes slower.

22:0something on the F11/10 in 2012 no?
22:05, but 22:31 on the H10/8 is clearly the better ride.
e.g. this year my one ride on the F11 was 23:10, a week after doing 24:34 on the H10/8. I was 4½ minutes behind the winner in both cases.

I've got some, I've sold some. The C-Record stuff mostly went for what I paid for it, which is poor value compared with using cheap stuff and putting the rest into the stock market :-)

Doing a bit of reading up ahead of participating in a TT for the first time next year.
Does the events list get fully updated with 2015 events in the new year, or is done ad-hoc if/when the clubs submit them? I can only see 5 for 2015 so far. -

January 2015 events are really part of the 2014 schedule in terms of publication. The handbook comes out in January and the website tends to get the full schedule added about the same time. You can get a pretty good idea of what's likely to happen by looking at this year, as most promotions stick to much the same weekend from one year to the next.
There needs to be more pizazz.
