Well blow me I've seen some nice double plate fork-crowns but that takes the biscuit! Unbelievably nice.
Whoever buys this needs to have some serious & proper period parts to build it with, or it would amount to a puppy killing.
Best of luck with sale. Though I think you're mad. Just keep it for a rainy day.
